How to Create Your Tracking Post

The first thing you must do is REMEMBER that after creating your first post you will NEVER EVER EVER click Reply again on the Tracking Thread but instead will return to your tracking thread and click Edit to add info. OK… with that reminder out of the way…

First you must go to the Phoenix Tracking Thread found at http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=20889x52267x43535720x2

Scroll down until you see the blank Tracking Template. You are going to be copying and pasting this into your Reply. Left Click and highlight the entire Tracking Template. Ctrl C to Copy it.

Then scroll up and click Reply to open a Reply window. 

Click in this window and Ctrl V to paste in the blank template. YAY!! You are almost done!

Click Post Message. And now your tracking template is set up!!

Now, when you return to post your Weigh-Ins or your LCW or WFM or Measurements, you will NOT click Reply but Scroll down until you find YOUR post then scroll to the bottom of your post to find the Edit My Post button. 

Then enter your new info, and then click Post Message.
